– Age criteria of 60 years has been relaxed. But will be allowed ‘Home Care’ only after clinical evaluation
– ‘Home Care’ has been updated to 10 days from date of Symptom onset or 10 days from swab test for asymptomatics Another 7 days of isolation at home with self-monitoring advised
– Pregnant women within 2 weeks of Expected date of delivery not allowed for ‘Home Care’ (4 weeks in previous guidelines)
– Tele-monitoring throughout ‘Home Care’ duration and release from home care through e- certificate are now included
